Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture. We store this information to identify your account and track your usage quota.

Audio files you upload for mastering or mic diagnostics are processed in memory and immediately deleted after processing. We do not store, analyze, or share your audio files.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Authenticate your account via Google OAuth
• Track usage against free tier limits (masters and diagnostics per week)
• Manage purchased credits via Ko-fi
• Communicate service changes if necessary

3. Data Storage

Account data (name, email, usage stats, credits) is stored in a database on our server hosted in Hetzner (Finland, EU). Audio files are never stored -- they are processed in temporary memory and discarded immediately.

4. Third-Party Services

• Google OAuth -- for authentication only
• Ko-fi -- for processing credit purchases. Ko-fi has its own privacy policy
• Vercel -- hosts the frontend application

5. Cookies

We use a single session cookie required for authentication. We do not use tracking cookies, analytics, or advertising scripts.

6. Your Rights

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us at danielrivasandroid@gmail.com. Upon request, we will delete your user record, usage history, and credit balance.
