1. Service Description

Masterizer provides automated audio mastering and microphone diagnostics via a web interface. The service processes audio files using digital signal processing algorithms and returns processed results.

2. Free Tier & Credits

• Free tier: 5 masters and 10 mic diagnostics per week per account
• Additional credits can be purchased via Ko-fi at the current published rate
• Credits do not expire and are non-refundable
• Free tier limits reset every 7 rolling days

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the service
• Upload content that you do not own or have rights to process
• Attempt to exploit, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service

4. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of all audio files you upload and the processed results. Masterizer does not claim any rights over your content. Audio files are processed in memory and never stored on our servers.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the mastering results will meet your specific needs or professional standards. Results depend on the quality and characteristics of the input audio.

6. Limitation of Liability

Masterizer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for credits in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or due to circumstances beyond our control.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
